Japanese Cars Becoming Less Popular?
Japan’s top economic site, Nikkei.net reports that Japanese cars are becoming less popular…in Japan anyway.
Domestic sales in the country for cars, trucks and buses fell 3.6% on the year, the second month in a row that sales declined.
For the first six of months this year sales were also down almost 1%, the third straight such year.
Economists in Japan watch car sales each month because its the first indicator that comes out each month and sets the tone for the economy.
